Rules and Regulations

1. This is a two-round event. On-the-spot topics will be given.
2. Participants would only be allowed to speak for one minute; if the time limit is exceeded, the participant would be disqualified.
3. The participants' webcams should be turned on.
4. Google Meet would be used, and the link would be communicated in a reasonable timeframe.
5. Original material must be present; participants who are found to be plagiarised will be disqualified.
6. The voting and judging teams will each choose the first round's shortlisted participants.
7. The second round will be Anchor Hunt, with topics given on the spot. To excel at it, one must be an anchor. 2 minutes will be given to present.
8. Only the judging panel will choose the winner.
9. The judges' decision will be binding.
